Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a service request if we determine that it is incompatible with our policies, professional ethics or operational capacity.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, content, website access or digital products without express written permission.

Section 3 – Refund Policy

3.1 Personalized Readings and Digital Products

Due to the personalized and/or digital nature of the products and services offered, returns and refunds are not accepted once the preparation, download, access or delivery process has begun.

If you make an error when entering personal data, such as your name, date, time or place of birth, no refund will be possible. If the error is detected before the work has begun, you may contact [email protected] to request a correction.

Data correction:
If the data used in a reading does not match the data entered during the purchase due to an error by Paula Lustemberg, a corrected version will be sent within the standard delivery timeframe.

Digital products:
Purchases of digital products, including e-books, courses, videos, audios, PDFs and downloadable materials, cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download, access or transmission has begun. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its delivery has begun with the consumer’s consent.

3.2 Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation disables automatic renewals for future periods, but does not generate a refund for the unused portion of the current period.

If you purchased a subscription through a third party, cancellation and refund terms will be subject to that third party’s policies.

3.3 Letters from the Cosmos / Weekly Reading

By making a purchase, the client gives express consent for the subscription to begin on the first Monday after payment, even if this start date falls within the legal 14-day withdrawal period.

The client acknowledges that, by accepting this early start, they lose their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Due to the digital and periodic nature of the service, no refunds are issued once the service has begun.

Section 4 – Limitation of Liability

Astrology, as offered by Paula Lustemberg, is a system of philosophical, symbolic and reflective exploration. It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal or therapeutic advice.

Paula Lustemberg does not diagnose, treat or prevent any mental or physical health condition. The content offered is a conceptual tool for personal self-exploration based on astrological symbolism and is not intended to replace advice from qualified professionals.
