SECTION 3 – REFUND POLICY
3.1 Digital Content
Due to the nature of the products (custom-made readings and digital products), we do not accept returns or refunds. If you make an error when entering personal data (such as name or birth details), no refund or exchange will be possible.
Compliance of Data:
If the natal chart data does not match the data entered during purchase, a corrected version will be sent, respecting standard delivery times.
Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Videos, etc.):
Purchases of digital products cannot be canceled or refunded. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has begun.
3.2 Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and auto-renewals for upcoming periods can be turned off in your account settings. Canceled subscriptions will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
If you purchased a subscription through a third party, cancellation terms are subject to their policies.
